Ladle Fellowship Positions

First Presbyterian Church, San Diego has two openings at their Ladle Fellowship Ministry:
The Director of Ladle Fellowship oversees and directs the Ladle Ministry of First Presbyterian Church, which provides food, clothing, medical services, mentoring, social service guidance, and spiritual guidance to the homeless and poor in downtown San Diego. The Director works in cooperation with other FPC staff members, and members of the Ladle Ministry Team. This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits.
The Ladle Kitchen Manager of First Presbyterian Church provides food, cooks meals, manages volunteers and kitchen supplies. The Kitchen Manager works in cooperation with the Director of Ladle and the Ladle Ministry Team. This is a part-time, hourly position working approximately 15-25 hours per week.

Children’s Ministry Director

Mt. Soledad Presbyterian Church is looking for a part time Children’s Ministry Director. Our vision is for our children and youth, by the time they graduate from high school, to be committed followers of Jesus Christ, knowledgeable in the Bible, experienced in mission work and service to (and with) the congregation, growing as worshipers and as followers of Jesus who love God and love their neighbors. The Children’s Ministry Director will be the director of this ministry and report to the Pastor. In addition to leading the children of the congregation, the Children’s Ministry Director will provide Sunday school leadership for children grades K-5.
The Children’s Ministry Director will work collaboratively with the Session (board of elders) and other staff and will direct children’s ministry volunteers to realize this vision.
